الموصل .. عهد جديد
اصيبت بمقتل مرتين مرة عند الاحتلال الداعشي والثانية بالإهمال بعد التحرير،
الدمار المعنوي الذي أسسه دعاة الكراهية لا يُمكن أن يُجبر أو يُعوَّض فيما بعد، وهذا من أفدح ما تُصاب به المجتمعات المدنية في روحها وذاكرتها الجمعية، ذلك أن دمار الروح وهذا الأثر وذاك الشارع والمسجد وتلك الكنيسة وخرابها سيُلغي منارات الذاكرة كما سيُلغي صور العمران والمشتركات بين المدينة وأهلها
فكيف يُمكن إعادة بناء المدينة القديمة في الموصل مثلاً وكيف يُمكن ان تُردّ الروح لها ومعها مساجدها وكنائسها وأسواقها القديمة ومعالمها الأخرى التي بنتها الأنساب والأحساب والأجيال المتتابعة، وتجوّل فيها التدوين والمعرفة والصناعة والفن والجمال والابداع والتاريخ ؟.
المصيبة ان هناك من اشتهر بالفساد وسوء الأخلاق وافتراء الكذب، يجرح بالموصل وأهلها ويحملها فظاعة ما حصل من جريمة تدمير الموصل، أو يصفهم بالداعشية، عدوانًا شبيهًا بما كانت ترتكبه داعش في الموصل أو في سنجار او في تلعفر او في سهل نينوى او في الرمادي او في تكريت.. وليس هناك من يحاسبه على صناعة الكراهية!!
أحبُّ الموصل وأهلها، فهم يشربون من نهر دجلة الذي يشرب منه ثلثي شعب العراق، وأحبّ غابات الموصل حديقة المدينة الخضراء، وأحبّ أن أكتب كتاب عن الموصل وتاريخها وأسواقها وعلمائها وأسرها والجامع النوري وكنائسها ورهبانها وثقافاتها وجمال التعدد والاختلاف فيها.
عرفت نينوى كلها في التاريخ حتى فترة قريبة، باسم الموصل، نسبة الى مدينة الموصل التاريخية التي تقع بمركز نينوى، وهي مدينة مازالت تنافس بغداد والبصرة، وتسعى الآن سعيا حثيثا الى استعادة دورها الذي كادت تفقده خلال السنوات الاربعة الاخيرة، بفعل احتلال الاٍرهاب والفساد، وما ارتبط بهما من نزوح لاهالي المدينة وانهيار اسباب البقاء لعدد كبير من ساكنيها، حتى غدت بعض احياء الساحل الأيمن شبه احياء اشباح، شارفت على التجريف، وهو ما يعني اختفاء حقوق وحكايات وتاريخ بكامله، بأغنياته واشعاره وأعماله الأدبية وانقراض عمران عراقي اصيل، ظلت عبر تاريخ الدول همزة وصل للتواصل الحضاري، مدينة لها جمالها الطبيعي البديع، ومعمارها المتنوع.
بذلت يونامي ومنظمات دولية عديدة، جهودا لانقاذ المدينة القديمة لكنها لم تكلل بالنجاح على اقل تقدير، لان لا احدا يستطيع العودة الى احيائها مع أطنان الخراب ومئات الجثث تحت الحطام ومئات الأطنان من مخلفات الحرب والعبوات الناسفة.
حدثني صديقي يعمل في المرصد الحضري العراقي، أنه بالإمكان عودة معالم المدينة القديمة ولعل أشهر معالم مدينة الموصل قاطبة مئذنة الحدباء التي تتخذ احيانا رمزا لنينوى، تتميز بالبساطة، وبالامكان استخدام المواد المحلية لبنائها، وبإمكان البناؤون استخدام الحجارة الأصلية، ويضمنوا ويطعموا مفردات المجموعة المعمارية ملامح النقشات والخطوط والرسمات الأصلية، مع حضور قوي لما يعرف بالعمارة الموصلية.
واما بيوت المدينة القديمة تتميز بأنها بسيطة فيمكن إعادتها على شكلها القديم، كما تتميز الازقة بالضيق، وبانعدام التفاصيل والتعقيدات التي هي حاضرة في المدن العراقية التاريخية اخرى.
وكثير من المراقبين يعتقدون أن المدينة القديمة على ما يبدو لن تحفز على الانبعاث بعد الدمار للمرة الرابعة في تاريخها بسبب الفساد والأهمال الحكومي، وثمة سؤال أخير لابد من طرحه، وهو: هل يستطيع سكان المدينة القديمة ان يعمروا مدينتهم بإمكانياتهم الذاتية مرة رابعة كما فعل آبائهم وأجدادهم من قبل، وعدم الالتفات الى الاهمال الحكومي؟
