النظرة الاولى من الموصل(الجزء الاول)
لم اقوم بزيارة الموصل قط. لأنها كانت تعد مدينة خطيرة للغاية لعدة سنوات، وأقرب مكان وصلت إليه كان عبارة عن زيارة قصيرة إلى بلدة برطلة في عام 2012، التي تبعد(10) كيلومترات، وتقع شرق مدينة الموصل.
لقد فتنت بفكرة ان تتاح لي فرصة زيارة المدينة. وبشكل محدد مهمتي كانت تتعلق بالحصول على فهم أفضل لمخلفات وتأثير داعش على جيل الشباب الذين يعيشون في الموصل.
الاجراءات الامنية التي تم وضعها جعلت الرحلة مخيفة الى حد ما. يؤكد تقرير الأمن قبل الرحلة بانه الخلايا النائمة لداعش كانت نشطة بشكل خاص في الأسبوعين الأخيرين، وقامت بعدد من التفجيرات. واني سوف اتمكن من زيارة شرق الموصل فقط التي تعد أكثر أمانًا من الجزء الغربي من المدينة.
وفي السيارة، جلست في الخلف، وشاهدت المعالم السياحية في مدن مألوفة مثل كالار وبعشيقة، وهو ما لم أشاهده منذ عام 2014(عندما سيطرت داعش على المنطقة). إنه شعور خاص بأن تكون قادراً على العودة ورؤية هذه المناطق مرة أخرى بعد كل الفظائع التي جرت. وبينما كنا نجتاز نقطة التفتيش الأخيرة التي يسيطر عليها الأكراد ونقترب من نقطة التفتيش التي يديرها الجيش العراقي، لا يسعني إلا أن اشاهد علم الحشد الشعبي ترفرف بفخر الى جانب العلم العراقي.
بدأنا نقترب شيئاً فشيئاً من الموصل. لقد هممت للنظر من خلال النوافذ ومشاهدة اثار المعارك العنيفة التي حدثت على مدى السنوات الثلاث الماضية للقضاء على داعش التي كانت تسيطر على هذه الأراضي. لقد شاهدت على طول الطريق وجود عدد من المباني التي تم تسويتها مع الأرض، ربما كان عن طريق الضربات الجوية. لقد كانت صور “الشهداء” الذين قتلوا خلال المعارك معلقة في كل مفترق طرق. الدخول إلى مدينة الموصل كان مخيّب للآمال، اذ يمثل امتداد لمنطقة صناعية. وخلال بضع دقائق، أذهلني عدد الأولاد الذين يتوسلون ويبيعون قناني المياه والكلينس والعلكة في الاشارات المرورية.
الوقت يمضي بسرعة كبيرة. من المفترض أن نبقى لساعات قليلة فقط لإجراء مقابلاتنا والعودة إلى أربيل قبل حلول الظلام.
إنه لمن المدهش للغاية أن تتاح لك فرصة التحدث مع الأشخاص الذين عاشوا في ظل حكم داعش لأكثر من (3) سنوات. وإنه لأمر مروع أن نسمع رواياتهم عن الفظائع التي مروا بها، سواء في ظل داعش أو خلال العمليات العسكرية التي قام بها الجيش العراقي، والحشد الشعبي والتحالف الدولي الذي اخرج داعش من المدينة. كل امرأة لديها قصتها الخاصة من المعاناة والخسارة، والأزواج الذين اختفوا بفعل داعش، وأفراد العائلة الذين قتلوا بسبب الغارات الجوية وغيرها.
يمكن القول بانه شعور غير مريح وتطفل عندما تطرح أسئلة مفصلة عن الحياة في ظل داعش، وتطلب منهم إعادة إحياة المآسي التي عانوا منها. اتجرع المر عندما اقوم بعملي، سيما عندما اوجه الكثير من الأسئلة، دون أن أتمكن من الحصول على أي نوع من الإجابات أو الحلول بشكل ملموس.
