دراسة القانون… حينما نحيي احلامنا القديمة

عندما قررت أن أكمل تعليمي الجامعي قبل أكثر من أربع سنوات وأنا في ذروة انشغالي بالالتزامات الأسرية والوظيفية كنت أدرك أن المشوار سيتطلب مني جهدا ووقتا كثيرا، لكن حلمي منذ الصغر بدراسة القانون لم يفارقني لحظة واحدة. ذلك الحلم الذي لم استطع تحقيقه بعدما أكملت دراستي الإعدادية وبمعدل يؤهلني لدخول كلية القانون، ولكن في ذلك الوقت لم تكن وزارة التعليم العالي قد افتتحت في محافظتي “الديوانية” كلية مخصصة لدراسة القانون، ولان والدي كان شديد الحرص رفض أن اذهب إلى أي محافظة أخرى أو اسكن في الأقسام الداخلية.
حينذاك قررت أن ابعد فكرة دراسة القانون من ذهني مؤقتا ودرست في معهد المعلمات المركزي واخترت اللغة العربية وتخرجت منه بمعدل عال، ثم كرست وقتي لتعلم الصحافة والعمل فيها وقضيت في هذا المجال أكثر من عشر سنوات.
ورغم حبي للصحافة وتعلقي بها إلا أن حلم الطفولة ظل يراودني حتى حانت الفرصة وانأ في الثلاثين من عمري، و حصلت على دعم كبير وتشجيع من والديً وزوجي وإخوتي وحتى أطفالي.
لا أنكر إن هناك بعض الأشخاص السلبيين الذين حاولوا إحباطي بكلمات “عمرك لا يسمح، وأسرتك أولى بوقتك واهتمامك وغيرها من الكلمات التي تدفع الى اليأس، لكن تلك الآراء لم تؤثر بي على الإطلاق فقد كنت انتظر هذه الفرصة على أحر من الجمر.
وبرفقة زوجي ذهبت إلى عمادة كلية التربية وأنا احمل معي أوراقي الرسمية اللازمة للتسجيل وفعلا تم قبولي، صدقا لا يمكنني أن اصف حجم مشاعري في تلك اللحظة التي دخلت فيها إلى القاعة الدراسية، الآن وأنا اكتب استذكرت واستشعرت تلك اللحظات التي أرجعت لي الروح من جديد فقد نهلت من علم القانون معارف وتجارب لا تقدر ولا تحصى وتعرفت إلى أناس من خبرات مختلفة حتى وجدت نفسي أغوص في عالم آخر مختلف تماما عن تجاربي السابقة في الحياة.
كنت اعشق قراءة كتب القانون رغم صعوبة بعض موادها واسهر للدراسة حتى وقت متأخر من الليل بعد الانتهاء من التزاماتي الأسرية والوظيفية.
مرت السنوات الجامعية الأربع وانأ اجلس في الخط الأمامي استمع لأساتذتي ولمناقشات زملائي وكانت حصيلتي ثروة كبيرة من المعلومات القانونية التي استطعت من خلالها رفع مستوى الثقافة القانونية لنفسي ولكل من حولي.
تعرفت على القوانين العراقية وأهميتها في تنظيم سلوك حياتنا وأدركت ان الفوضى التي نعيشها اليوم بسب المحاباة وعدم تطبيق القانون.
لم تكن المعلومات علمية ودراسية فقط بل كانت فكرية تنموية شجعتني كثيرا على ممارسة التفكير العميق و إثارة التساؤلات والتشكيك للوصول إلى اليقين حتى إني كنت أناقش أساتذتي ببعض النصوص القانونية من خلال إسقاطها على الواقع وعدم موائمتها للتطورات التي وصل إليها المجتمع.
كانت دراسة القانون بالنسبة لي اكبر من نصوص قانونية مقننه في كتب تُقرأ لغرض الامتحان أو الحصول على درجات عالية.
حصيلتي هي أن القانون علم يجب على الجميع تعلمه ليعرف حقوقه وواجباته وكانت معلومات مهمة استفدت منها في حياتي اليومية ومجال عملي الصحفي والوظيفي وأيضا في تقديم النصائح لمن يحتاجها في القضايا القانونية. لكن قد يسأل احدهم ان كنت درست القانون لأصبح محامية؟ وهنا أقول “لا” لم يكن طموحي أن ادرس القانون لأصبح محامية وإنما لأتسلح بالثقافة القانونية وأن أكون مصدرا للتوعية بهذا العلم النافع الذي مكنني من تقديم الكثير من الاستشارات القانونية للنساء بشكل خاص.
ولكن حلمي لم يكتمل بعد فقد حققت الجزء الأول منه ومازلت أسعى للحصول على “الماجستير والدكتوراه” وعلى الصعيد المجتمعي الإنساني احلم بتأسيس “مركز التوعية القانونية” لتقديم المساعدة في المجال القانوني لكل من يحتاجها وللنساء بشكل خاص، ولكن الأمر يحتاج إلى الوقت والمال ليكون مشروعا حقيقا على ارض الواقع.
فكرتي التي أؤمن بها هي “لا يجب أن نتنازل عن أحلامنا وطموحاتنا حتى لو كانت مستحيلة فإنها حتما ستتحقق إذا أردنا ذلك”.
