حل علينا الصيف بإطلالته اللاهبة ووفدت معه ضيوف كثيرة، ضيوفه الذين لا يعرفون معنى الاستئذان أو طرق الأبواب بهدوء، أحدهم يدخل وكأنه يحمل غيضاً من سجن الشتاء الذي حرمه زيارة الناس لأشهر طويلة، وأخر يشد الرحال من بلاد إلى أخرى باحثاً عن العراق المسكين ليحط رحاله فيه.

ضيفنا اليوم لا خفيف الظل ولا يعرف التفاهم ولا يقبل بأقل الخسائر ، بل هو الواثق من نفسه والمسيطر بسطوته ودخوله في أي مكان يعجبه، إنه الصيف يا سادة.

فأهلا برابط الأحزمة وحامل الحقائب، المسافر الذي لا يفارق أبناء العراق في كل عام ، والذي ينوي هذا العام كعادته أن يدخل بلدنا من عدة محاور ، مستعيناً بزميلته العزيزة (شمس الـ 40 درجة فما فوق).

نعم لنتكلم عن موقفك القادم .. فما هي إلا أيام لنخرج صباحاً متجهين إلى أعمالنا وكسب أرزاقنا، حتى يستوقفنا الصيف، المخضرم والمحنك في سياسته الذي عجز أي سياسي عراقي على القيام بما يقدمه في كل عام، يستوقفنا بنفحاته الخانقة ليعطينا درساً عملياً يجمع فيه جميع أبناء البلد الواحد (المنقسم بطوائفه وقومياته وأعراقه) على كلمة واحدة، وكيف ذلك؟؟

فما أن يحل ضيفاً على أي مدينة عراقية فيباشر بإلقاء التحية على أهلها، حتى يعرف المواطن على الفور من أين جاء والى أين هو ذاهب، جالباً معه هموم وأحزان وأفراح وعبق وتاريخ المنطقة القادم منها، وحاملاً معه كل ما يسير أمامه إلى المنطقة الذاهب إليها.

شكراً لك أيها التراب فعلى الرغم من مرارتك وإيذائك لنا اثناء العواصف اليومية، لكنك نعمة كبيرة مرسلة إلينا من السماء ، لا نستطيع نكرانها.

وكيف بنا أن ننكر فضلك وأنت تنقل لنا رمال المدينة التي لم تهدأ فيها الحروب والصراعات السياسية منذ العام 2003 وحتى اليوم، تنقل لنا تراب (الانبار) ليتناغم مع منازل وأبنية وصروح بغداد القديمة وقصورها الرئاسية المهجورة والتي يمنع على الشعب دخولها، وليس هذا همنا، بل همنا الأكبر، هل استطاع رجل من رجال المصالح أو السياسة أو الدين أن يُناغم أناس الانبار بأناس بغداد في وقت قياسي لا يتعدى الدقائق أو الساعات مثلما تفعل انت أيها الصيف؟ لا اعتقد ذلك.

وكيف لنا أن ننكر انك تحمل معك ما تحمله من ارض العاصمة بغداد بأكوام قمامتها المترامية الأطراف وجبال النفايات التي يقوم بحرقها المشردون الذين يبحثون عن لقمة عيشهم داخلها، كما و أنت تحمل ركام السنوات التي أهملت فيها العاصمة بعيداً عن الشوارع المزينة للوفود والخادعة للزائر مثل شارع المطار وغيره من الشوارع المصطنعة، كما لا ننكر انك تحمل معك شيئاً من محتوى اغلب شوارعها ذات الحفر والمطبات الأزلية ثم تتجه به إلى محافظة ديالى المنسية والمسماة بالاسم أم البرتقال، لكنها للأسف تعيش بأسوأ الأحوال، ثم تتجه إلى الكوت الغارقة شتاءاً ثم العمارة ذات السدود المفتوحة وصولاً إلى البصرة الغنية بالنفط أو بمعنى اصح “سيدة الغبار” في جميع أجواءها على مدار العام.

سيد الموقف أيها الحاكم الظالم العادل … (أنت أيها التراب)

أخاطبك كما يخاطبك كل مواطن عراقي يشاهدك بعد أيام قلائل ، من أين جئت لنا؟ وكيف أصبح حالنا بأننا لا نطيق أن نعيش صيفاً من دون رؤيتك؟ هل أنت وليد اللحظة؟ أم جئتنا على ظهر الدبابات؟ أم انك وطني شريف وأحببت الخروج اليوم للإصلاح؟، وقبل أن تجيب نعرف إجابتك.

شكراً لأنك جئت لتخلصنا من هموم الإشعاعات النووية التي حلت علينا من ويلات الحروب والأمراض المستعصية التي فتكت بشعبنا وبلادنا، ثم شكراً لأنك وحدتنا على كلمة واحدة وهي “لعنة المسؤول” عن عدم إيجاد حل لمجيئك وكيفية التعامل معك، ثم شكراً لأنك أوقفتنا طوابير تلو طوابير في مستشفى اليرموك وسط بغداد، ثم شكراً لأنك وحدتنا على طلب قناني الأوكسجين التي نتصارع عليها حتى يوافق على إعطاءها لنا أبو محمد مقابل مبلغ رشوه قدره 2000 دينار.

نعم أنت رجل المصالحة اليوم حينما أجد الناس تسير تحت خيمتك غير مبالين بعنف إرادتك، فكلما زاد احمرارك في الجو كلما زاد تلاحم العراقيين في مساعدة بعضهم البعض تحت سطوة جبروتك العاصف، لأنك لست كدعاة المصالحة الذين كلما زاد احمرار وجوههم على بعضهم، كلما زمجرت على رؤوسنا الانفجاريات وتوالت علينا الأزمات وذهبت من المحافظات وامتلأت بنا الدول والسفارات.
